2021/10/26 リソースの出力の規制や、ランタイムC#スクリプトの配布に関する規制の条項を削除しました。カスタムメイドシリーズのMOD規約に準じるものとします。
2021/10/28 Sceneファイル等の配布不可能な拡張子名を明記しました。

CustomStudioでの追加規約 †

・CR EditSystemをご購入のお客様のみご利用が可能です。
・18歳未満の利用は禁止します。
・日本国外での利用は禁止します。
・政治・宗教・反社会的行為に関連する利用を禁止します。

・CustomStudioで保存されたSceneファイル(.rtscene)については弊社著作物が含まれますので、これの配布を禁止致します。(再考緩和予定)
　(.rtmeshや.rttexについてはOBJ形式等でご自分で外部からインポートしたリソースが保存されていますので、作成者が自分でない場合はご注意下さい。)

・以下免責事項にご同意いただける場合のみ利用可能です。

 

免責事項 †

・CustomStudioを利用したことによって発生した一切の不利益に関しましては保証致しかねます。
・CustomStudioに付随するリソース・プログラムの作成や公開において、弊社に不利益を被ると判断した場合は公開停止の依頼をする場合があります。
　(これは、カスタムメイドシリーズMOD規約の第3項-1号と同等の内容です。)
・CustomStudioのα版β版の公開は試験的な物であり公開の終了や機能の改修を行う場合があります。その場合に依存するそのほかの製品の返金には応じかねます。
・CustomStudioの利用規約と免責事項は予告なく変更する場合があります。

※追加規約・免責事項はCustomStudioのみのものです。他弊社製品は別途そちらの規約に準じるものとします。

Usage Rules †

 

The rules for CustomStudio shall be dealt with in the same manner as the rules for Custom Order Maid 3D2・CR EditSystem listed at the following URL: †

When using unofficial tools and unofficial resources (mods), the rule of this shall be dealt with in the same manner as the rules listed at the following URL: †

Additional rules for CustomStudio †

・May only be used by those who have purchased CR EditSystem.
・Usage by those under 18 is prohibited.
・Usage outside of Japan is prohibited.
・Usage for political or religious activities, as well as for antisocial activities, is prohibited.

・Data saved in the Project/Scene folders (under the ProjectData folder) while using CustomStudio includes our creative works. As such, distribution is prohibited. (To be reconsidered)

・If you do not agree to all the conditions of following disclaimer, you may not use the services.

 

Disclaimer †

・We cannot offer compensation for any damage or loss resulting from using CustomStudio.
・If we determine that we will be disadvantaged in creating or publishing the resource program that accompanies Custom Studio, we may request publishing to stop.
・The alpha and beta versions of CustomStudio are being released to the public on a trial basis. We may end the publication of these services or modify the functions therein. In the event of this occurring, we cannot offer refunds for other products that were reliant on CustomStudio.
・Custom Studio terms of use and disclaimers are subject to change without notice.

・Additional terms and disclaimers are for Custom Studio only. Our company’s other products shall be subject to the terms and conditions separately.
